Order process

At Cathryn’s Stationery, every item is made to your specific requirements, so our ordering process is a little different from standard online shops. Here’s a clear guide to how it works:

How to Place Your Order

There are two easy ways to place your order:

1. Order via Our Website (Recommended)

Visit stationerycath.sumupstore.com, add your chosen items to your basket, and proceed to checkout to complete your order.

We accept:

PayPal

Apple Pay

Google Pay

Credit/Debit Cards

2. Order Directly (Facebook, WhatsApp, or Email)

If you’d prefer to discuss your requirements before placing an order, you’re welcome to contact us via Facebook, WhatsApp, or email.

You can then either:

Complete your order through our website, or

Have your order manually added to our system, with an invoice sent via SumUp for payment

What Happens After You Place Your Order?

Once your order is placed, it is added to our production queue.

Lead Times

Our standard turnaround time is 7–10 working days, although this may vary depending on workload.

We will always advise you of current lead times when you enquire, and updates are also available on our website.

Working Days

“Working days” exclude weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays (such as Christmas). Any planned closures will be clearly displayed on our homepage.

Order Processing & Design

After placing your order:

We will request your logo and any required wording or design details

If you are a returning customer, we may already have your details saved

Customer Files

We keep a dedicated file for each customer, storing previous designs and orders. This allows for quicker turnaround times on repeat or reprint orders.

Providing Design Information

If you haven’t submitted your design details at checkout, we will send you a reminder email when we are ready to begin your order.

Awaiting Customer Information

If we contact you requesting additional details and do not receive a response:

Your order will be placed on hold

A reminder will be sent

Once we receive your information, your order will be returned to the queue and processing will resume.

If we do not hear back after a reminder and more than 7 days have passed, your order will remain on hold and moved to the back of the queue.

To restart your order, simply send us the required information and we will begin processing again.
