Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order, either via our website or by bank transfer.
Please note that your lead time begins from the date payment is received, not from the date the order is submitted.
For manual orders placed via Facebook,and WhatsApp an invoice will be issued and will remain valid for 48 hours. If payment is not received within this time, the invoice will be cancelled and the order will not be processed. If you are making payment via invoice you will receive a link via email where you will be able to choose the method of payment and also if you require to pay via bank transfer then please request our bank details.
Pricing
All prices are correct at the time of listing but are subject to change without notice.
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, occasionally errors such as typographical mistakes or pricing glitches may occur. In such cases, we are not obliged to honour incorrect prices.
If an error is identified after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible via email to:
- Inform you of the correct price
- Give you the option to continue with your order at the revised price, or
- Cancel your order and receive a full refund
Any promotional offers or discounts will always have a clearly stated end date.
Order Dispatch & Delivery Information
Dispatch Process
Once your order is complete, you will be notified via our website. You will receive two emails:
- One confirming your order has been fulfilled
- A second once your order has been packaged and dispatched
Each order is carefully checked and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please keep an eye on your tracking updates and postal notifications.
You should receive your order within the estimated timeframe of your selected delivery service.
If you have not received your order within 5 days of your order being marked as fulfilled and you have received your tracking details, please contact us via email.
Dispatch Timeframes
We always aim to dispatch orders within the stated lead times. Please note that all delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Once your order has been posted, we are no longer responsible for delays caused by delivery providers such as Royal Mail or any other courier used. Delivery delays do not constitute a breach of contract on our part.

- Estimated delivery: Next working day (may take up to 2 days)
- Prices from: £3.98
Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days
- Prices from: £2.98
For larger orders, we may upgrade your delivery to a suitable courier. You will always be informed prior to dispatch.
InPost Lockers
If selecting InPost Locker delivery, please follow the instructions provided by their service for collection.
Local Delivery
- Within a 3-mile radius: £2.50
- 🚫 Collection from our address is not available
Receiving Your Order
For larger parcels that require a signature:
- Please check the parcel before signing
- If damaged, sign as “damaged”
- Report any issues within 24 hours
Please note: If a parcel is signed for as “received in good condition,” insurance may be invalid, and we may be unable to offer a replacement or repair.
Payment Plans
Payment plan options are available via Clearpay, Klarna, or Laybuy.
All options are subject to approval and may be withdrawn at any time.
Cancellations (Changing Your Mind)
If you wish to cancel your order, you have 48 hours from the time of ordering to request a cancellation and receive a refund.
Once your order has entered the “in progress” stage (or any stage beyond this), it is non-refundable.
Important Information
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
Cathryn’s Stationery cannot be held responsible for, and will not replace, parcels that have been delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering.
